"Just wanted to let you all know our story with a happy ending. Everyone in the office was nice and helpful to us. The appointment was set quickly and kept promptly and your Installer did a very careful installation that looked good on our house. Still, we immediately became disgruntled and disgusted with our service when we tried to use it. It saw SLOW and cut out and did not email. We were ready to have you take the thing off our roof and, being new to the Wisconsin area, feared we had made a major mistake by purchasing the service.

After talking with the Network Administrator, we were quite surprised at his offer to look at our computer. He suspected what turned out to be true - we had multiple viruses and a machine that was outdated. The time he and the Tech Support Consultant took to get our system working seemed extraordinary in these days of promises not kept.

We decided to purchase a new computer and found switching the satellite hardware from our old machine to our new machine went well. The Tech Support Consultant then walked us through the setup of the software and getting our email accounts working by phone and we have been smiling ever since. We are totally satisfied with our new satellite service at this time and grateful for the alternative to SLOW dialup out here where we live.

While we know that taking this kind of time with each customer must be impossible, we are converts because of the support we received from your staff. They really care about DiscoverNet Satellite and would not let us quit before having it work properly. Thanks for the product and for allowing your team the freedom to work so well with new customers.
